At Elm Psychology, I offer evidence-based therapy for adults seeking support with trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, low self-worth, and relationship challenges. I provide in-person sessions in Lilydale and online therapy for clients across Australia, making psychological care accessible no matter your location.
I work with clients who want to break free from unhelpful patterns, heal from past experiences, and feel more confident and connected in their daily lives.
This includes support for:
Trauma and PTSD, including the effects of childhood neglect, abuse, or significant life events
Anxiety, worry, and overthinking
Emotional regulation and coping skills
Relationship and attachment difficulties
Low self-esteem, self-worth, and confidence
Therapeutic Approaches
I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies, tailoring each approach to your needs. This may include:
EMDR Therapy – to help process unresolved memories and reduce the emotional intensity of past experiences without needing to retell every detail.
Schema Therapy – to understand and shift long-standing patterns that affect how you see yourself and relate to others.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – to challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviours and develop healthier ways of thinking and coping.
Attachment-based and trauma-informed approaches – to help you feel safer, more connected, and more secure in yourself and your relationships.
Your Experience in Therapy
In our first sessions, we will explore what has been holding you back, the goals you’d like to achieve, and the best approach for your needs. Together, we’ll create a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and focused on helping you create meaningful and lasting change.

Currently I am accepting referrals for people over 18 years of age
I offer both in person and telehelath sessions
My friendly reception staff will inform you of my fees.
You can use a Mental Health Care Plan (if eligible, through your GP) to receive a medicare rebate for 10 of your sessions per calendar year.
You may be eligible to claim private health insurance rebates.
